Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BluAuth, a centralized identity broker operated by Blu Digital Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using BluAuth, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
BluAuth is a centralized identity broker that authenticates users and provides identity claims to connected applications within the Blu ecosystem. BluAuth allows you to sign in using third-party identity providers (such as Google and GitHub) and securely passes your identity information to applications you authorize.
Account Responsibilities
When using BluAuth, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during authentication.
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- Not share your account or credentials with others.
- Not impersonate any person or entity.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BluAuth, its systems, or any connected application through brute force, credential stuffing, or other automated attacks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, including through denial-of-service attacks, scraping, or injection of malicious code.
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security features of BluAuth.
- Use BluAuth for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of BluAuth, except where permitted by law.
Connected Applications
When you use BluAuth to sign in to a connected application, we share identity claims (such as your name, email, and account identifier) with that application as authorized by you. Each connected application may have its own terms of service and privacy policy.
Blu Digital Group is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party applications, even if you access them through BluAuth.
Intellectual Property
BluAuth and its associated branding, design, and technology are the property of Blu Digital Group. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of BluAuth, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BluAuth is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Blu Digital Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of BluAuth, regardless of the theory of liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blu Digital Group and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of BluAuth or violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using BluAuth at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to BluAuth at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk to the service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use BluAuth ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of BluAuth after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in [State/Jurisdiction].
